Online Ordering Support


The Buying Team provide support for Hertfordshire Trust Staff using online ordering systems including eSeries (Integra), iProc (Oracle) and Supply Chain Online.


Buying Systems Trainers are available to provide telephone support in the event of any issues, and also to schedule training appointments as required. Training sessions are usually arranged on location to ensure maximum convenience for the end user.


Systems queries can also be addressed to the Buying Systems Coordinators and any Purchase Order queries can be resolved by our Buyers.
